1) YOUR ORDER


How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Expect an email from support@stylemykid.com confirming your item's dispatch. For UK deliveries, anticipate receiving your order within 2-5 working days, except for large Soft Play items, which may take around 7-10 working days. More details on these items below.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Absolutely! Just email support@stylemykid.com ASAP after placing your order. Our warehouse team works swiftly.

How do I make a change to my order?
Contact us to modify or cancel your order. While we strive for flexibility, it might not always be feasible due to processing times and our commitment to speedy dispatch.

The right to change your mind
Life happens! You have 30 days from receiving your goods to change your mind. Email us at support@stylemykid.com to initiate a return. If it's outside this timeframe, still contact us, and we'll explore options.

Discount Codes
Please note that one active discount code per order is the way to go. Unfortunately, discount codes can't be applied to our MeowBaby Collection items, as delivery is already included. Any discount code hiccups? Email us at support@stylemykid.com. Lastly, discount codes don't work for items already marked down.

2) PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?
We accept major debit/credit cards, Paypal, Clearpay and Klarna. Payment is required before dispatch.

When will payment be taken for my order?
Payment occurs at the time of placing your order.

3) DELIVERY

How will I know when my order has been sent?
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched.

Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?
UK deliveries typically take 3-5 working days post-dispatch.

Do you charge for delivery?
UK delivery is free for orders over £35; otherwise, it's £2.95. Next Day Delivery in the UK is £4.95. Worldwide options are also available but do carry a charge.

What do I do if I have not received my order?
If it hasn't arrived within 7 days, contact us so we can investigate with the delivery company.

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
Follow the instructions left by the postal service or courier. For UK orders, a card is usually left for rearranging delivery or collection.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
No, Bank Holidays aren't considered working days. Expect delivery on the next working day.

4) RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy!
If you need to return a product, email us at support@stylemykid.com. Returned items should be in a new re-saleable state within 30 days.

I have received an item that I didn’t order?
Our apologies! Email us, and we'll quickly send the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect one.

I have received my item but it's damaged/faulty. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we'll swiftly address the issue.

How do I return an item?
Contact us, tell us the item and reason, and we'll provide the Returns address and your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?
Refunds/replacements are processed upon receiving the item back in our warehouse. Availability determines replacements; otherwise, a refund is issued.

What about soft play and bigger item returns?
These need to be sent back to the warehouse they originated from which is often in Europe. For these returns, you will need to arrange for and cover the cost of the return with a credible courier.
